Alexander provides executive coaching, leadership, team and culture development to leading organisations. The company has its foundations in the work of Graham Alexander, founder of business coaching in Europe and author of SuperCoaching and Tales From The Top.

Graham started the Alexander Corporation in 1986 which grew to be Europe ’s largest corporate coaching company and market leader. Since 1999, Alexander has consisted of a select team of internationally renowned coaches and consultants including Philip Goldman, director of Goldman Associates, Dr Robert Holden, Ph.D. author and director of Success Intelligence, Michael Manwaring, director of The M Partnership, Ben Renshaw, co-author of SuperCoaching and co-director of Success Intelligence, John Burnard, Anne Wright, executive coach and Philip Houghton, Coach and OD Specialist.
