Phil has worked in organisational development, strategy execution and change management with many blue-chip organisations for the past 15 years. He partners and coaches senior leaders and leadership teams to translate their vision into reality and close the gap between strategic plans and actual performance. Much of his work involves helping businesses execute their commercial objectives more quickly, cost-effectively and directly. His inquiring and facilitative style enables teams to get to the heart of their change-management challenge, and translate this into real OD, team and leadership actions that will deliver commercial advantage. A number of principles guide his work:
After studying Business Administration Phil worked within B2B services both with a leading UK recruitment brand and subsequently DHL International. At DHL he held positions in new business development, Sales and Country Management and spent three years in the middle east; including Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Kuwait.
On his return to the UK Phil joined PA Consulting, a leading international Management Consulting firm, and operated as an Executive Head-hunter. Subsequently he moved into Organisation Development and held positions with Deloitte & Touche and Sibson Consulting, working in all areas of OD, Leadership development, culture improvement, talent consulting and team-performance /alignment.
His clients have included Inbev, TGI Fridays, BCG, NHS Direct, AXA Life, DHL Worldwide, Medtronic, GlaxoSmithKline, DaimlerChrysler UK, Whitbread PLC, Marks & Spencer, C&A, Brewers-Fayre, Brewsters, Chrysler-Jeep, Costa Coffee, Scottish & Newcastle, National Express PLC, Nipro NV, British Land and Tommy’s the Baby Charity…
