Leadership Development

The purpose of leadership development is to ensure that senior executives have a clearly articulated vision and values, are aligned strategically, operationally and culturally in order to provide outstanding leadership.

Specific intended results and success measures are developed with each individual and organisation but are likely to include:

• To maximise the commitment and accountability to living an organisations vision and values
• To clarify and align the leadership population and commitment to the required leadership behaviours of an organisation
• To develop a common language to lead an organisation
• To enhance understanding about working preferences and gain commitment to work in a collaborative way at the leadership level
• To role model the agreed intended behaviours of an organisation
