Culture Development

The purpose of culture development is to enable organisations to integrate people development as part of their competitive advantage linked to the execution of strategy. Common cultural issues include:

• An organisation introducting a new strategy or streamlined organisational structure but staff attitudes and behaviours aren’t changing to match.
• An organisation is talking about customer service culture, but their people aren’t living it.
• An organisation is trying to shift the structure from top-down control to individual initiative and feedback from the front line.
• An organisation wants to integrate corporate cultures in the aftermath of a merger or takeover.
• An organisation is a multinational aiming to improve relationships between operations with different national cultures.

Specific intended results and success measures are developed with each organisation but are likely to include:
