Client: FTSE 100 Retail Company
Coachee: Head of HR

Situation: A newly appointed head of HR (from within) who was taking up a new position in a restructured function. Very happy in previous role and doubtful about the new role although had emerged as a good candidate from an Assessment Centre process. Felt the new role potentially didn’t play fully to skills and interests. Reported to HR Director who was very overstretched and considering her own career future. A need to lead an enormous change agenda throughout the business with a somewhat ‘battered’ functional team.

“The result I most needed was to be able to understand why I wasn't happy in the role, what was in my control to change and differently what was I prepared to change. Your coaching helped me feel the decisions were equally in my control and to achieve the right outcome.”
