Alexander Executive Coaching - Case Study

Client: FTSE 100 Retail Company
Coachee: Executive Director

Situation: A long-time employee of the company that had gone through and continued to go through massive change. Held three Executive Director roles during the coaching relationship. Initially IT Director, progressed through Logistics/Supply Chain Director to Business Unit Director. People originally doubted his ability to ‘become more commercial’. Needed to ensure operational excellence in the first two of the above roles and, in addition in the third role, to develop a visionary strategy for his division.
He outlasted almost his entire original peer group in the business.
